Can I search by venues on the app?

“In the ‘Book’ tab, choose your location and explore venues from the list or click ‘See All’ for additional options.”

Why I can’t see any venues near my area?

“We’re adding more nearby venues. If you’re having issues, it’s because we’re growing or there might be few options at your selected location – our app always shows the closest ones.”

Information regarding equipment?

“If equipments are available for rent at the venue, you’ll find the details on the venue’s page.”

Is it possible to make a reservation for more than one hour in advance?

Yes, you can make any advance booking, subject to its availability.

Is there a maximum limit of hours I can reserve a specific venue?

There are no restrictions on the number of slots you can book, but it depends on their availability.

Can I make multiple bookings at the same venue on the same day?

Certainly, you can make multiple bookings at the same venue, depending on the availability of slots.

Why are my confirmed reservations not appearing in the app?

If you’re unable to view your booking, try logging out and logging back into the app. If the issue persists, please contact us by going to the ‘Me’ Tab > Settings > Contact us & FAQs > Contact Us.

I require invoices and receipts for my reservations.

you can contact the venue directly for this service, and we can assist you with their contact details if required.

The venue I made a reservation for is currently closed.

Go to the ‘Me’ Tab > Settings > Contact us & FAQs > Contact Us, someone from the team will get in touch with you, ASAP.

Can I transfer bookings from one venue to another?

Unfortunately, you cannot transfer bookings from one venue to another.

Can I book on behalf of 2 or more people?

Yes, you can subject to availability of the court and sport.

If I have not used court will I get a refund?

A refund will not be initiated if the court hasn’t been used unless you have cancelled the booking as per the cancellation policy

Is it possible for me to withdraw my participation?

Please Refer to the activity details for cancellation guidelines.

Who should I contact upon reaching the venue?

Upon arrival, the venue reception will guide you to the designated play area and provide common game equipment.

Will the venue provide the equipment or do I need to bring it?

Check activity details for instructions; the venue usually provides common game equipment, while individuals can also bring or rent their own (rackets, shoes) subject to availability.

How can I secure a discount?

Slots are currently offered at the optimal price, Look for the offer zone for more details.

Who can join?

Anyone can join the game, as long as they meet the skill criteria.

Am I allowed to bring my friend?

You should confirm your friend’s participation beforehand and make a payment on their behalf when joining the activity.

Reschedule Gaming

How to reschedule a booking?

Navigate to Me Tab > My Bookings > Select the Booking > You will be given the option to reschedule the booking with the rescheduling policy of the venue.

How many times can a booking be rescheduled?

The rescheduling policy for every venue is different and present on the venue detail page.

Why am I not able to reschedule my booking?

Maybe because you have exceeded the limit to reschedule the booking set by the venue. If you are trying to reschedule for the first time and are facing an issue, please raise a help ticket and we will aid you.

Can a rescheduled booking be cancelled?

No, a booking once rescheduled cannot be cancelled.

Can I change the court of venue after booking?

Yes,  you can change a different court after booking if the court is available and if the venue policy allows rescheduling.

Can I transfer a booking from one venue to another?

No, you cannot transfer a reservation to a different venue.

Can I change my booking from one sport to another?

No, the venue’s policy does not usually allow to change booking from one sport to another sport.

During my initial booking I paid a higher amount, but after rescheduling the amount is less, can I get the balance amount?

The difference will be refunded in 15 days

Cancellation policies

How to cancel my booking?

Navigate to the ‘profile’ Tab > My Bookings> Select the Booking > You will be given the option to cancel the booking.

why I am not able to cancel my booking?

Once a booking has been rescheduled, it cannot be cancelled and it differs from venue to venue according to their policies.

what are the applicable charges for booking cancellation?

Please refer to the cancellation policies mentioned in the venue section at the time of booking it is different for every venue.

Why I am not able to cancel my booking 1 hour prior to a slot?

Cancellations are subject to the venue’s policies, Please go through the venue cancellation policy.

I cancelled my booking, When will I get my money back?

It would take approx. 5 – 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

How will I get a Refund?

Usually, a Refund will be initiated to the Bank account/wallet used to make the payment.

Why haven’t I received the entire cancellation amount

A cancellation fee will be levied according to every venue’s cancellation policy.
